Lesson 2: Reporting Provider Changes


Providers must report any changes in the management or operations of their practice to CSC within 30 days by completing a Managed Change Request or a Provider Enrollment Application.

 

Please disregard the mention of quizzes and exams throughout the videos. Only newly enrolling Medicaid providers who are taking the official version of this training as part of their Provider Enrollment Application will have access to these assignments through PCG’s training site.
